Unlike the West medical model's approach to your health that treats the body as a machine, homeopathy addresses the underlying misinformation that is causing your body to not function optimally.

If we were to use the analogy of a computer, then I guess the Western medicine's strategy is to open the hardware, and look at the microchips inside, removing or when possible, replacing those that had worn out (or medicating them with a pharmaceutical). 

Conversely, in homeopathy, we are looking to understand and repair the glitches in the software, which affects the functioning of the hardware.   l call it "fixing the blueprint" or debugging the software.  With appropriate treatment, your whole system has better information from which to function, and the whole system heals, without side effects.  As an added bonus, over the long run, it is substantially more curative, and substantially more cost effective.
